Yes, using the dishwasher is perfectly safe for the Storm Glass. For extra crystal sparkle, you can also finish with our polishing cloth to bring out its best shine.

TsukiGlass glasses can be stored in the freezer if desired. Since they are made from high-quality crystal, the risk of thermal shock is extremely low. Based on our testing and experience, the glasses remain safe and durable under normal use, so you can feel confident when enjoying them chilled. However, it is our responsibility to note that there is still a very minimal risk of thermal shock.

We won't dictate what goes into your glass. While we're inclined towards whiskies, if you enjoy whiskey-based cocktails or other mixed spirits, feel free to use this glass. If you want to use the TsukiGlass for hot beverages, it's perfectly fine. The double-wall structure will prevent heat transfer to the outside. Just remember to avoid sudden temperature changes to prevent thermal shock.

It's thought that the Irish adopted the whiskey spelling to distinguish their spirit from the Scottish whisky, which was considered inferior quality in the late 1800s.
